Dave Tilma

Dave Tilma is the Lead Pastor at Blackhawk Ministries in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Born in Canada and raised in the Midwest, he gave his life to Jesus in junior high, spent his early ministry years with students and young adults, planted a church with Converge in Madison, Wisconsin, in 2009, and took a call to a growing multi-site city church in Milwaukee in 2015. He and his wife, Rebecca, have four kids.

Rebecca Tilma

Rebecca Tilma serves alongside Dave as Blackhawk’s Director of Volunteer Ministries. She loves discipling women and helping them grow into their full potential in Jesus Christ. That calling took root during their church plant years in Madison, where she helped build the children’s and hospitality ministries from scratch.
